For the SCCA World Championship SuperBoil, cook teams will compete for cash prizes with 100% payout entry fees/per category:
50% for 1st place
30% for 2nd
10% for 3rd
10% for People's Choice
There will be the best booth competition, with the winner receiving a 100% entry fee payout to participating teams.
Teams are allowed up to 6 members. Participants must bring their cookware, seasoning, and cooking gear (BYOTent), while the event organizers will provide the crawfish, cooking site, water, and power. Teams are required to serve food from the category entered to the public from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday. A minimum of 10 sacks of crawfish must be cooked, if in the crawfish category; 10+ gallons must be cooked if in the gumbo or jambalaya categories (cook team must supply their own food for gumbo and jambalaya categories).
There will be a Sponsor, Friends, and Family Friday Kickoff before the cookoff, more info to come.
