By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in the 5th Annual Peel for a Purpose Crawfish Festival involves certain risks, including injury, illness, or food allergies. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless [Boots For Troops] and its affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.
I also consent to the use of my image in photos or videos taken during the Event for promotional purposes. I agree to comply with all Event rules and laws, including those regarding alcohol and behavior.
