Cook Team Information:

The Eupora Crawfish Cook-Off invites teams to showcase their culinary skills by cooking a minimum of 4 sacks of crawfish. Teams are required to bring their own tents (BYOTent), while event organizers will provide the crawfish, cooking site, and water. Teams will serve food, including crawfish and side dishes, to the public from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. In addition to the cooking competition, there will be a Best Booth Entry competition with a 100% Entry prize for the winning team.

The entry fee is $250 per team, and each team can choose from two cooking area sizes: a 20 x 20 space for $125 or a 30 x 30 space for $200. Water will be provided, but power is not available. Teams will compete in two categories: Crawfish and Best Booth Entry.

Prize payouts are based on 20 teams participating, with $2,000 for 1st place, $1,500 for 2nd place, $1,000 for 3rd place, and $500 for People’s Choice. Please note that prize amounts will be adjusted if fewer than 20 teams participate.

By typing or signing my name below and submitting an application, I agree to the rules and regulations of the Eupora Crawfish Cook-Off Event.

I, on behalf of myself and my cook team, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Eupora, Eupora Economic Development, event

organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and the venue, as well as the

City’s officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims,or

causes of action arising out of or in connection with participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury to myself or others, medical bills, attorney’s fees, court costs, or other losses incurred before, during, or after the event. The cook team and its members further agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers.
