For the 3rd Annual Cajun 2 Step Fest Crawfish Cookoff, cook teams will compete for cash prizes with 100% payout entry fees/per category:
Teams are allowed up to 6 members. Participants must bring their own cookware, seasoning, and cooking gear (BYOTent), while the event organizers will provide the crawfish, cooking site, water, and power. Teams are required to serve food, including crawfish and any side dishes, to the public from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A minimum of 10 sacks of crawfish must be cooked, if in the crawfish category; 10+ gallons must be cooked if in the gumbo or jambalaya categories (cook team must supply their own food for gumbo and jambalaya categories).
