SCCA Cook Team Waiver of Liability

In consideration of participation in SCCA-sanctioned events, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees:

1. Participation involves risks, including injury, illness, property damage, and unforeseen circumstances.

2. The cook team and its members assume all risks and responsibility for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from participation.

3. The SCCA, its officers, sponsors, and affiliates are released from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

4. The cook team agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations.
